Dr. Matt Jones, MD - Owner/Medical Director/On-site Physician

Dr. Matt Jones, MD is a General Surgeon that spent 15 months studying Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is the owner/operator/on-site physician of the Charlotte Jon ‘Ric Medical Spa and Wellness Center franchise. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). He has a desire to provide the people of Charlotte with treatments backed by solid scientific data that are designed to make you look better, feel better and be better.

While evaluating the local market, Dr. Jones recognized that similar facilities in the area surrounding what he now calls “Home” may provide similar products and services, and may even have physicians associated with the practice; however, he noticed that clients that frequented these locations would oftentimes never see a physician, let alone one that has his level of surgical and cosmetic training. As a result, Dr. Jones has committed his practice and his career to fulfilling this niche.

Brittany D - Master Esthetician - The Skin Suite

Brittany is a master aesthetician with a specialty in combo therapy. Her goal is to get you to the best skin you’ve ever had.

She’s a graduate of the Aveda Institute, and continues to strengthen her education to pass along to her clients in the treatment room. She is a Master HydraFacialist, SkinCeuticals Ambassador, as well as being trained in several modalities including Microneedling, IPL, VI Peels, Dermaplaning, and customized skin care treatment plans.

Brittany is the best of both worlds – fun loving, and results driven – making your skin care journey with her the best it could possibly be.

Leann W. - Owner/Lead Aesthetician - The Skin Suite

Esthetics is a second career for Leann. After 15 years in the stock brokerage industry, an opportunity arose to change direction. The choice of Esthetics was a transformative one, turning not only her career but also a passion into an every day joy.

Her expertise spans from general skin health and anti-aging treatments to complex issues like acne, scarring and pigmentation.

Leann’s love of science along with her comprehensive knowledge and specialized training enable her to provide impactful solutions that not only transform skin but also confidence and self-esteem.

Kara J. – Registered Nurse

Overall health and well-being has always been a passion for Kara. She began her medical career as an EMT where she practiced emergency medicine for over 10 years. She continued on to get her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Kara has worked as a nurse in the emergency, surgical, and aesthetic settings and enjoys them all. She loves caring for people and helping them feel better in every way. Whether you need an energy boost with a B12 shot, some extra hydration with IV Therapy or some laser hair removal, Kara can’t wait to help!

Jon`Ric’s 30 plus years in the beauty and wellness industry includes runway work for the American Cancer Society and Children’s Home Society, being featured in national magazines such as Vogue, Rolling Stone and employed with NBC Studios in NYC as the stylist for their on-air television personalities. In addition, Miss Universe and Miss Teen USA have sat in Jon Rando’s chair seeking his hair styling and beauty expertise.
