My brows have a tendency to drop with even a small injection but he was able to modestly inject around my eyes which opened them and still softened the lines on my forehead which was my main concern. Shayla Wagner901 days agoBooking an appointment, with Dr. Jones or his Nurse Kara, is a seemless process. They are quick in response to questions or concerns regarding the services that they offer. I happened to be ineligible for a service that they offer, which I was really excited about trying, because of a medical device that I have; However, they were able to offer me a similar service that I was still happy about and I can't wait to see my overall results with coolsculpting. I am glad that Dr. Jones was honest and comfortable with steering me into a different direction that offered me similiar results. He is great with explaining the medical processes that occur within my body for setting my wellness expectations and guides me towards the services he offers that would best fit me with achieving results. Dr. jones really takes the time to listen and understand what your needs are and thoroughly explains everything in detail. Even more impressive is the fact that Dr. Matt Jones has a system in place that really works and if you follow his directions, you really don't wait before he himself greets you and takes you inside. Rarely do you find a doctor who greets you, performs the treatment and handles check out. Refreshing! I have just started seeing Dr. Matt Jones and so far impressed with my results. My situation was actually quite complicated but he more than exceeded my expectations. He also sat down with me and answered every medical question I had in reference to Botox. This kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore. Been coming bi-monthly for a year and a half for laser on my back and shoulders. It’s like night and day from what it used to be versus what it is now. I love the end result. I am super picky and Dr. Jones is a true artist, doesn't freeze you or over fill you, he knows exactly what will work with your specific features. Plus his pricing is MORE than fair, I have paid 50% higher at a well known Charlotte/Huntersville group to not even been treated by a Doctor (and subsequently poor results). This is your face, go to a doctor, the additional training and education that Dr. Jones has makes a difference. Also, I hate presenting a coupon with any treatment--you never have to ask Dr Jones to apply the specials and he saves your brilliant distinction information so you will always get your rewards and savings.Posted on Google

I sat down with Dr. Jones when I got engaged and asked him what I should be doing to get ready for my wedding day and we mapped out a plan that fit my schedule and budget and I can honestly say that my skin was flawless on my big day! In addition to that, the staff is so nice, it’s easy to make an appointment, everyone is professional and the atmosphere is calm and beautiful. I went to another medspa in CLT originally and did not have a good experience. Dr. Jones took the time to explain every detail of the Botox and what he felt was our best plan of action. He’s so easy to talk to and the procedure itself was quick and painless. I can’t wait to go back for my Botox and other procedures in the future.
